I use this for myself. Great taste and satisfies my D3 and omega 3 needs with just 4 capsules per day. Great supplement with a high plant based diet because it contains D3, not to be confused with other D vitamins that lack the D3 the body needs in the north where the sun is less intense. Be sure to take with some food. Caution or reevaluate your diet to take if you otherwise bleed easy, have chronic venous insufficiency, or are receiving D3 and omega 3s elsewhere.

I purchased these on the recommendation of a friend who is using fish oil to help reduce blood pressure and cholesterol. They don't really have a taste or any after effects that I can detect. I try to eat fatty fish regularly, but as with calcium, if you have a day where you really didn't get in the recommended dose, it doesn't hurt to take a supplement.

I started using about 2 years ago and won’t go with out. They helped my joint pain almost totally go away. Definitely recommend
