Did not work with batteries...
I was hoping to use this in my classroom without worrying about any plugins, but unfortunately I tried this with new batteries and it didn't work. Works fine with the USB though.

Not crazy bright but still great!
I personally love this little light so I can live.vibe out to "neon moon' after a few glasses of wine at home! Jk š¤£ I like it though used as prop when doing sampling events :)
