Fantastic, complex, very hot
Amazing, complex, rich flavors - VERY hot, so they really need to add a top with little holes, but otherwise perfection!

Taste and heat!
This powder has amazing flavor! It's decently spicy, so a little goes a long way. I would rate it a 4 out of 10 on the heat scale, with tabasco being a 2.

Easy For Even An Asian Girl To Use
It was my first time making it. I usually have to drive about one hour or more to get good kitfo. This time I wanted to try making it myself when I need that craving satisfied. Since my doctor told me I have to eat less carbs and more protein, this is my favorite way of doing that! The bottle arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The spices are not clumpy which means that it is sealed and packed very well! I like that you can send it back for a refill. Very proud to see it is run by women owners! I love the Ethiopian culture. Now to the taste! Oooh it is really hot!!! I can only eat a little but I used very generous amount in almost 1lbs steak and I know I can make so many more kitfo to come. I was worried because many recipes ask to salt the beef but I wanted to wait until I tried it to do that. It didnโt need any salt at all and seasoned my kitfo to perfection. So remember, when you use this you donโt need salt especially since your butter or ghee might have salt in it also. I am so happy right now. แ แแฐแแแแ

Good spices always
Love brundo spices. Been buying for 2 years now. Always very flavorful. I'm not ethiopian, but it tastes authentic to me lol. They used to have a detailed description of how they made their berbere with fresh spices mashed, then soaked in honey wine, then sun dried, ect. That description led me to buy all their products. The mimita is very hot and reminds me of peri peri spice from South Africa. This is the ethiopian version. When I get a chance I'll go down to Oakland and check out their shop. Love supporting the Ethiopians. Ethiopia live it out ๐ช๐น

Itโs not bad, but one of the ingredients, the herbal spice, seems to overpower the flavor of the mitmita.
