Same Issue The photos are not real
Not Steel very very light not suitable for 20-24 shoes, not steel as mentioned. Totally the photos is not the real. Amazon not auditing their suppliers and be sure they advertising good quality products. The manual is a small paper and in Chinese Language and in UAE the manual should be at least in English to install.

Flimsy, not made of metal
Rack is flimsy and not made of metal. The sections that the shoes sit on are made from a reinforced fabric material. Does the job but looks cheap and won’t last years. Fine if kept away in a cupboard.
