The other reviewer is spot on, got mine in 2012 and it has exactly the same problem. Paid a LOT for this item compared to others expecting precision.While the materials are nice, it is expensive junk at best. Punches a jagged corner on .05mm laminated cards, bicycle playing cards, etc. In fact, when held in the punched position and holding it up to the light you can see a large gap of daylight on one side of where it is cutting.It's embarrassing to see "made in USA" stamped on this garbage, and I'm reminded 3 years later of how bad a rip-off this thing is.Other reviewer, it appears Meith produces imprecise, near useless, VERY expensive garbage as a rule of thumb. I'd suggest that yours is no fluke, but junk as mine is.Of course I would have returned it, but when I first bought it I didn't use it for 6 months or so.Thanks other reviewer, now I know what a waste of time it'd be purchasing another of this brand.Perhaps I'll try the cheap Chinese one, definitely can't be any worse that this one.Seller AND manufacturer ought to be ashamed of themselves.I can't recommend strongly enough to all, walk away and don't look back. These are absolutely junk. ~$50 junk.

Radius not smooth but a bit jagged. Might be that I got a bad one but it also doesn't cut thin film.
