Did anybody else receive a bottle with a different formulation? My previous bottle didn't have phenoxyethanol, but the one I received today does! :(

I just looked up Is phenoxyethanol safe for your face?  And this was the first thing that popped up. I’m not sure if it is the truth or not because, you know, the internet but this is what it said….
Yes, phenoxyethanol is safe. According to the Cosmetic Ingredient Review, when used in concentrations of 1% or less, phenoxyethanol in skin care is safe. This is also the same standard the European Commission on Health and Food Safety uses as well.Mar 19, 2021

Does this serum work to remove dark spots?

I haven't used it long enough to know if it's removing dark spots or not;but I love it as a skin tightened.  I use it first thing every morning; then apply my Olay Regenerist.  I have really noticed a difference.  I I find lemon juice works best for lightening dark spots.

How quickly should i be seeing results with this vitamin c serums?

The effects you should be seeing at 2-3 weeks is a better texture, tone, glow, with a more moisturized and plump feeling to the skin. Skin care products can take at least a month to start showing any results, and if the skin is more mature then it will take longer.
