Stopped working after 7 months
Reading other reviews it seems it is not uncommon for this toothbrush to stop working after a few months, unfortunately I too must report that 6 months after buying the brush it has stopped working; you will be amazed at first, no doubt giving 5 stars for its performance, but your joy will soon turn to dismay; consider buying something else, NOT THIS PARTICULAR BRUSH

All fail after 6 to 7 months
This was the second Sonicare brush bought from the seller. Both brushes stopped working after 6-7 months. Amazon refuse to refund but say you can send to Phillips to repair. Extremely poor service from both Amazon and Price -busters. Iwould give zero stars if it was possible.

Incorrect plug
This item was sold as having a UK 2 pin plug. This is incorrect, it has a EU plug. Not the flat UK plug.

Cette Diamond Clean de chez Philipps a tenu 4 mois. Ni tombée, ni maltraitée, la tige sur laquelle on enfile la brosse est devenue hyper mobile . Ainsi en marche , c'est le manche qui vibre et plus du tout la tête.C'est ma 4 ème Diamond Clean car je trouve leur brossage très efficace. Les 3 autres ont tenu tout juste 2 ans ( le temps de la garantie) ce que je trouvais déjà limite pour le prix mais là, 4 mois c'est totalement inadmissible !!Comme j'ai jeté les cartons d'emballage et tout le reste, aucune garantie ne fonctionnera dans mon cas. Déçu, je vais tenter une autre marque de brosses à dent soniques.

Si rompe il reggi testina
E’ il secondo spazzolino che compro e si rompe in due meno anni sempre nello stesso punto. Il pistillo in metallo che regge la testina si spezza
