世界一抗酸化作用があるとされているミラクルフルーツ。 アントシアニンというポリフェノールの一種が豊富ということで 疲れ目の予防やエイジングケアに期待して購入。 栄養素がたっぷり入っています。 カルシウムが、いわしの5倍！ 牛乳の3倍！ 鉄分が、レバーの1.8倍！ ほうれん草の2.8倍！ 果物なのに、ですよ。 サプリじゃ無くて食品で摂取できるのが魅力ですね。 朝食やおやつにヨーグルトにトッピングして食べて、113ｇで2ヶ月くらい持ちました。 色は濃い黒紫なので、少量をヨーグルトに混ぜるだけでアサイーボウル（マキベリーボウル？）のような色になります。 パウダー自体は、ほんのりベリーの風味がするクセのない味なので、 甘みが欲しい場合はハチミツなどを加えると良いかと思います。 また購入したいと思います。
