Solgar Biotin 300 Mcg, 100 Tablets

I opted for the 300mcg as I was nervous about getting any higher when the daily intake needed is just 15mcg. I have been taking for nearly a month now and have noticed a small improvement in my hair growth. I had lost an amount of hair due to stress alopecia. my hair seems stronger and the area where there was loss there appears to be thicker growth. This may be psychological but for now my confidence has returned. I have conerns about break outs that other people have noticed but so far I seem to have been lucky.

I used some cheaper alternatives in the past and barely saw any difference at all. This one is so different. After a few days of use I saw positive differences on my skin texture, nails and hair. Hair and nails also look to be growing much faster than before. Definitely buying this again

I have dyed hair unfortunately since taking these my hair has hardened but knots up very quick. Ive always slept with my hair out and it rarely turned into knots this bad. I’ve never had this side effect from other biotin. Not sure what’s different about this except that it’s in tablet form.
