Unretractable!
Not very easy to retract.. get jammed often when trying to close/retract. Very annoying! Made in China what else can we expect?

The Retractable Stick Outdoor Self Defense is Heavy. But their No Lock System or Twist Lock System. It is not safe for use. It comes out and goes inside. The Magnet on top is broken and it is not properly installed. I want Refund Immediately.
