Wiley Corporate and Project Finance Modeling: Theory and Practice

Is the must have book for anyone who is interested or involved in one way or another in the financial modeling of corporate or project finance deals. You’ll find topics that you can’t find in any other book in this category. I have learned so much from this book and wherever I go, I order one copy cause I can’t carry it with me all the time.

Great value - you also get access to a bunch of online models to play with. The language is clear and the guy really knows his stuff

If you want a book on Financial Modeling, then this is that book. If you want just one book on Financial Modeling, then this is that book, First of all, this book is extremely practical and covers all the issues that one should know. Second, unlike other books that primarily focus on corporate finance, this book also focuses on project finance and both corporate finance and project finance modeling have been adequately discussed in this book. Finally, the book has a link to the author's website where you can get a lot of useful Excel add-ins and macros to make you more efficient and effective.

This book is great. Author gives a lot of inside tips that you would only learn on the job. Its an easy read and not too technical. I would suggest to watch the numerous youtube videos as well that are found on the authors site.
