What are the ingredients?

NO LONGER CONTAINS UREA!! NOW IT CONTAINS LACTIC ACID (AHA)! I will be returning as the AHA causes irritation to my skin. See 1 star review for picture of the label, but here are the ingredients: Water, BG, pentylene glycol, Na hyaluronate, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, (nano-sized hyaluronic acid), acetyl hyaluronic acid Na (super hyaluronic acid), lactic acid bacterium/hyaluronic acid fermented liquid (fermented hyalurone) Acid), DPG, PPG-10 methyl glucose, diglycerin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, EDTA-2Na, succinic acid 2Na, succinic acid, phenoxyethanol, 7 types of hyaluronic acid.

Is this product to be used before or after acids and other serums?

If you're using AHA/BHA, then this goes after that step (as your hydrating toner). It should also be used before serum as others have noted.

How should this product be used - no english instructions?

Thinnest to thickest....so Toner, Hada Labo solution or any of their "lotions," then your serum, eye cream, and finish with moisturizer. Remember you can do more than one "layer" of toner AND your Hada Labo product. The Hada Labo products "open" your skin to receiving the max benefits of your serums/essences and moisturizer. Can even use it before putting on make-up after you wash face. Just make sure your face is fully dry or your make-up will not apply correctly.

Not the best for my skin

Not as hydrating as the other brands I've used. After reading many recommendations, I bought it, but will not re-purchase. EDIT: After using all the product, I reduced the rating from 3 stars to 1. My skin was left so dehydrated. Terrible product.
