This little one is incredibly skilled at its job, so much so that it feels like it turns your home into a physiotherapy clinic. Don't hesitate to buy it.

I had a disk surgery and unfortunately once you have a disk issue, it stays with you. Been on pain killers for years. This device is simply amazing. I have been using it a month now and did not need pain killers at all. I use it 30 min a day and the pain either disappears or is very low. Absolutely recommend it to anyone with lower back pain or other pain. I can't believe why doctors don't reccomend these units.

Using it since last 15 days, the build and performance quality is excellent. It acts as a good pain reliever for moderate pain, more power levels are desirable for alleviating higher pain levels. If you compare with the physiotherapist’s machine, this will fall short but by itself it is a good home pain relieving device.

I have the small portable Omron TENS unit. It came with two long life reusable pads. After about 6 months of frequent use, my original pads need more and more frequent washing to stick properly. I took that as a sign they were due to be replaced. These are great. I store them on the little plastic holder that came with my TENS unit. Keep them clean and flat and they adhere well to clean skin. When they get dirty or aren't sticking, follow instructions--"wash" with water, let dry-- bam!, they stick again. I use the stickers several times a week, so they aren't super pretty. Some dents, discoloration, creases, but they still stick. If you take care, they'll last at least 6 months of regular use. That being said, you don't need to treat them like they're too fragile. I keep my in the work backpack and lug them to and from everyday. They're in a carrying bag but still- they're thrown around. And they've been fine. I've had great relief with these and my Omron TENS unit. I have chronic migraine and neck pain. For me, Neck/shoulder pain can trigger a migraine and a migraine can trigger neck/shoulder pain. I use these for acute pain relief. They work well, are easy to use, easy to clean, and super convenient. I really appreciate that they are reusable because many at-home treatments involve so much single-use plastic. Pain relief is going to change depending on setting/use and situation. I do sometimes have issues were one pad is sending stronger signals than the others. It's usually a matter of cleaning the pads and re-positioning. But it can be annoying because the unit I have controls both sides together. Additionally, you do need to take care to have clean skin. Sweat, lotion, sunscreen, etc will make pads not stick or stay in place. Finally, I do usually use these on my neck. And sometimes the shape makes it difficult to get them to stay, because the neck isn't flat. Using the pads on joints, crevices, curves does make the adhesion more difficult. But overall, fantastic product

look, for the price, this does a great job. it is an older style device with no fancy screen in color, but i have had this same device for 10 years and it still works great. if i have one negative to this product it is the limited availability of pads. this pad is NOT universal to the other manufacturers pads. this had a much smaller snap tab which also makes the cord specific to this device and not interchangeable for other devices. the device also uses AA batteries and it not rechargeable with a type c cable so you could say this is a negative as well. i still have one of two of my older omron devices and lost one to leaking batteries after 10 years use so i just bought a replacement which is the same as the one from 10 years ago. i have also found it to be the easiest to use. all the manufacturers use a silicone type sticky backing for the pads. the pads are a good size but dont have other options for shape and size like other manufacturers. i have noticed that the pads loosen and can drop off when swetting so apply to clean dry skin. im not sure if the other styles hold any better under the same conditions. one warning.... do not lose or throw away the plastic figure 8 piece which is the holder for the pads between use. you cant just stick them face to face between use. all said, i would still recommend this device and gives comfort when muscles are sore and nerves need mild stimulation.
