I want to know if have difference between the Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Skin Therapy Lotion and the Gold Bond Ultimate Intensive Healing Hand Cream.

Well the one is more for the hands. Smaller tube is thicker, and absorbs quickly. The other is for the whole body. I use it in the winter when it is really cold and my skin just feels dry. Great body lotion.. I also keep the hand lotion around as well for after I clean or have my hands in water. Wonderful stuff both of them.

does it also help stop the itching because of dry skin?

It will definitely help itching because of dry skin. I recommend reapplying a couple times a day though because it soaks into the skin quickly
