When I purchased this I knew the ELF was not included. I think this dress makes a girl elf super cute and my daughter loves it.

Not sure why someone said it's not worth the money- you can clearly see what you are buying so it's up to you whether you spend the money or not. My daughter was desperate for a rainbow elf so this was the only way to do it! The dress was easy to put on and cute- yes it is expensive but her reaction will be worth every penny!
