LOOKS GREAT AND WORKS WELL
It's a water cooler so it does its first job well, this is our second one of the same brand. First the black and then the white, both look really high end and match our kitchen well. Nothing wrong with the first one, just moved house and wanted a white one to match. Definitely recommended

I bought this product March 2022 and stopped working May 2022!
I bought this product March 2022 and stopped working May 2022. I requested for repair 6th of May and they sent 3 separate pick ups and nobody wants to pick it up just because tbere is no box!!! Who would keep a useless box inside their tiny home which doesn’t even have a storage area?!! Dont buy this product!

Really good for its price
Been using this product for about a month and it’s quite elegant and the touch feature is definitely a plus. Id give 5 stars easily if this product had some presets to fill a cup or a bottle automatically without the need to press to stop it.

It works great! Room temperature water is actually cold and hot water mixed.It’s really a great dispenser!

Bad quality water cooler. Since I bought it in 2020 it had to be fixed 3 times. Now it is again with their service center and they just don’t know when it will be fixed. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this product.

i like it but the engine it’s a bit noisy
i like the dispenser looks nice and the touch buttons are cool it’s a bit noisy

excellent dispenser and very well designed.. only gets loud when in suction mode or cooling mode which is only for a couple of minutes
