Is this ok to use in a mold for making keychains? Is the clay brittle when hard?

I had 1-3 graders make beads out of it. The clay is not brittle at all , even on the thinner sections. Not sure if you could use it in a mold though

No it's air dry, but u can use little water to make it mixed better and smooth around edges etc

Is this clay similar to model magic - is it light, not sticky, and dries rather quickly (in a day or so)?

Never used model magic or what 'light' means; BUT: > I would say it may be closer to sculpey - dries smoother than others I've used; sands easy / smoother. > Drying kinda' depends on how thick you build it - I've had pieces dry in less than a day; some take longer. > It can be 'sticky' if you get it to wet in smoothing - at first working (when you kneed / temper it) you can put it between paper towels to reduce it. Cleans up readily. > It will surface dry pretty quickly if you work / handle it to long. Hope this answered your question / helped.

What happens if it gets wet again after it drys. I’m looking for something to make aquarium decorations out of?
