No taste at all , as of benefits I noticed good energy level for hair and skin i feel better wound healing and fast but not yet anything for hair i will keep useing for 3 months

I have consumes 3 containers, i have noticed my joint pains are gone . My skin looks healthier and plumper too. Its a good supplement. I dont work out but working as a nurse , its like doing cardio every shift and this collagen and peptides sustains me with energy! Love it!

I take two scoops of this product everyday in my coffee. It is tasteless and dissolves easily. I buy it in bulk but loved the packets for when I travel for work. The difference to my hair is amazing.

No cons todate. Item arrived in time. Packaged in appropriate box. Price for me was slightly high, but my health is important to maintain & improve. Individual packets are easy/handy to use. Have not have any breakout issues, weird body smells so far. There is no taste when mixed with morning Tea. Plan on using for min. 3 months - nails have been growing well; hair not sure as currently in protective style; hopefully will strengthen & keep hair shiny/healthy. Hope to have consistent good news down the road!
