Good quality exercise Mat
Good quality Mat. The additional width really helps. It’s thick enough and comfortable to use. It doesn’t slip on a tiled floor and stays in place. Just wish it had a strap to keep it rolled up although it doesn’t really unfurl because of the thickness and length of the Mat

8mm foam is great especially if you have join issues & over weight. But this product is incomplete.
The product is average 8mm foam with an emboss that is skid proof. The top surface is absorbs the sweat and is not waterproof so needs maintenance. The edges are delicate and get chipped easily but cannot complain with this Price range. Worst of all it does not come with a roll up and carry strap. You need to make one or buy it separately. That was a disappointment hence 3/5 starts.

I got the product without any carrying belt or strap Product is average . The description is misleading

It's Ok deal since it's large.
I compared it side to side with another mat (medium quality) and the other one was more softer but a value you get ok kind of a deal since it's large.
