The zipper broke within minutes and the cat escaped. And the product is ineligible for a refund so complete garbage.

It's a good pet carrier bag. There was a smell of Chinese plastic in the beginning. The smell disappeared after a few weeks. It's quite durable and I am revising my review to give it five stars.
