VERY NICE
This is a very nice product.But you forgot to include the metal pan in the package. I am keeping it anyway.

Missing items in the box
The box lack the small oud tray. There is nothing you can put the oud on.

Charge doesn’t last long
Metal tray for putting bakhoor into was not included in either of the 2 that I bought so had to fashion one out of tin foil. Takes a while to charge and the charge then only lasts for a few of the longer timed uses. Although the time states 7minutes, it is actually only on for around 4 minutes. You cannot use it while it is plugged in so it must be used without any power supply which is annoying as well. But, on the positives, it did burn hot enough to create fragrance from the bakhoor. I don’t think it would burn hot enough or long enough for oud. Looks quite nice. Overall, I think it does a fairly decent job for the price.
