The product is working great so far, and it's definitely the original one. One suggestion for an improved experience is to apply a moisturizing product on the contact pads to enhance comfort for your skin.

Its useless and honestly created more trouble then resolving any issues. After using it a bit, I started getting more pain in the neck and it was horrible. Stay away.
