Great reminder about mindfulness
This book is a great reminder about mindfulness! I like it is small and you can fit anywhere. Whenever I see it around the house, I open a random page and read it. I’ve applied the teachings in my day and bring me exactly to the consciousness level I wanna be at.

A lovely book to be kept on your desk for everyday learning.
I loved this book at the very first size. It’s a little taller than a passport and fits almost anywhere. Coming to the content it really good. It’s like a little story book with pictures for adults. The price of the book however is a bit on higher side but well I guess the quality of the book in terms of binding and paper justifies.

Compré el libro físico. Es pequeño y con un diseño muy agradable, lo puedo cargar en mi bolsa de mano, hasta en un bolsillo de la chamarra. Contiene ejercicios muy prácticos, que puedes hacer en 10 minutos y en cualquier lugar. El mindfullnes es una herramienta útil para relajarse, manejar la ansiedad y aumentar los niveles de concentración.
