If you read a lot of business books this book is definitely not for you. I have read most of the "lessons" in this book in other books. I found it extremely boring.Most of the things in this book are almost speculative and hearsay.

The item arrived well-packed and is exactly as expected. A good read. Plenty of useful advice within its pages.

Excellent and insightful. I'm a forest fire fighter and work in a crew of 20 people and found a lot of solid information in here that's applicable to our crew. Would definitely recommend this to groups and individuals to increase productivity, growth and happiness in the work place. And not just the work place but in all relationships
