Best protection and capacity in a carry case
The Mumba carry case is massive - measuring 16.5 x 12.5 x 7 cm - and that means superior internal capacity. There probably isn't a cover out there that won't fit inside with room to spare. I was able to fit the switch inside with the RAV Power 26,800 mAh power bank (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B077P5QDRQ) AND either of:* the matching Mumba Hard Case cover (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B072JLSCJP), or* the Venom Charging Cover (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B079CBNVMS), or* the Antank Battery Charger Case (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Nintendo-Battery-Antank-Portable-Extended/dp/B0734YV2Y1)All that plus a bit of space left for cables and game carts. If not packing a power bank or two the case can fit a switch stand, spare joycons, and cables. The case is a hard shell made of EVA and has a fairly rigid construction, offering protection from squashing and impacts. It's not fully rigid like a plastic case but - the sides are reinforced but the big top and bottom surfaces have some give - still, it's more than enough to survive in a backpack / suitcase without damage to contents. The case feels really good, with a smooth, textured exterior while the inside is lined with a smooth fabric. There is a mesh pocket with a zipper for accessories, an elastic band over the bottom part of the case to stop the Switch from rattling, and two inner flaps holding 10 carts each. The exterior does well to resist scratches and shows no scuff marks or signs of wear after a lot of use in a backpack among other misc items. The outer zipper is smooth and inverted so doesn't catch on anything as it travels, the grips are made of a type of rubber and have a nice texture to increase grip. The detachable carrying loop is a nice touch and mounting/clip look sturdy enough. So far very happy with the purchase, and having tested several other types of carrying cases I decided to stick with it for the capacity and protection it offers. I use it alongside the Tomtoc Slim Hard Case (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07F1S4T6N) depending on where I'm going.

A Good Case With One Big Flaw
I always play my Switch in handheld mode and take it to work with me each day to play it on my break so I need a good cover and a good case. I had previously bought the Mumba Heavy Duty cover but despite offering great protection, the Switch becomes too bulky for standard cases. Finally, Mumba released their own case which was designed with the Heavy Duty cover in mind so buying this was an easy decision to make. It arrived after a few days and I found the case to be very well built with lots of space for basic peripherals and enough slots for multiple game cards. The Switch itself, with the Heavy Duty cover on, fits very snugly and the strap holds it in place so it won't move around when you've got it in your bag. Feeling good about my purchase, I put it in my backpack and went to work the next day. Come break time, I'm ready to play a quick game of Mario Kart. But I can't open the case as the zip is refusing to budge. I sit for five minutes and I manage to get it to one of the corners then it refuses to move again. By this time, I've lost patience and gave it to a coworker to try but it still refuses to budge. After another ten minutes, I finally get the case open with some major fraying to the material caused by the zip. The same problem happened when I tried to close the zip and again when trying to open it when I got home and by this time the fraying had gotten a lot worse. I don't know if this problem is due to it being a new case and the zip just needs a bit more use so it opens more smoothly but I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Amazing quality carry case
I took a chance on this case having bought the JETech protective case prior, I wanted a carry case which would fit my switch in its protective case already and this case does the job perfeftly to a tee!It can fit my switch already in its protective case nice and snug with plenty of room in the top compartment for accessories or switchccessories as I call them!It is thick and heavy duty and can likely keep your switch safe from a drop substantially larger than what is normal/ accidental. You pay more for this product than most other cases but trust me, it is worth every penny.

Fantastic product by mumba
You do get what you paid for. I previously had the oem nintendo elite slim case which is quality but after I bought the mumba heavy duty case grip it kinda too tight to fit in the nintendo elite slim case. It kinda fits but i rather have something slightly bigger. The mumba case is perfect for that because it advertise to fit the switch with the case grip so i made the purchase. Overal fantastic case, the console fits well and have plenty of storage. Price wise, it is a bit expensive but overall I’m ok with the purchase.

Sturdy
Been using it for a few weeks, good quality, and sturdy. Keeps everything together. Zip works fine, no sticking it jamming. Protects the console if dropped.
