Very bad quality, the product was already open when areived and color has changed to yellow, not fit for bird consumsion, also products is not returnable,Shame on the seller to send a damaged product, this is cheating!

Bought for my female cockatiel that lays a lot of eggs. She needs to replenish her calcium and loves to chew away on this.

I’ve seen reviews on other cuttlefish bones that they are tiny, arrive broken or crumbled, or smell awful.I searched for “large cuttlefish bone” to find this, hoping that if I wasn’t trying to buy the cheapest junk on Amazon, I might get better results.This bone had good reviews and I “risked it” and bought 2... I mean not much risk really... they’re dirt cheap.Pleased to report that both arrived unbroken. They both appear to be clean (no rust & no bleach as far as I can see), and the one I opened has no smell (maybe the lack of smell is why my parakeet isn’t interested yet?).Also they’re huge. Idk how old my parakeet is... she looks “full size” (🤷‍♂️ I’m not a bird expert), but this bone is literally longer / wider than her — I mean from the top of her head to the very end of her tail is shorter than this bone.If she were human-sized, this bone would proportionally be the size of a surfboard. HUGE.Hope this helps... and I hope she eats them because I have 2. 🤦‍♂️—-Also feedback for Amazon, I hope other reviewers are not rating the flavor of these... they’re not intended for human consumption. SMH…

It is difficult to find large cuttlefish fish bones. I was happy about the size and being a necessity for birds I will definitely re order. My birds started sanding down their beaks as soon as I hung it in the cage!
