I am writing this review by comparing this book to DK’s Coffee Obsession, which l also own. Coffee Obsession is an excellently illustrated book and is very informative. Real Fresh Coffee should be re titled Ethical Coffee Passion, because the authors passion spills over onto the pages and is very inspirational over the work they do with their suppliers. By way of explanation the authors founded Union Hand Roasted Coffee which source, roast and sell coffee. The book takes you through their hands on education in all aspects of the coffee world of which l had a fuller understanding after reading. Coffee Obsession will give you a great overview of the coffee world, but Real Fresh Coffee is more of a good read as well as being an education. I like both for different reasons.

I have never purchased a book on coffee before but in a recent spending spree I said why not and I was not disappointed for a small price you get a good quality well presented book full of good quality pictures and good information. If you have a coffee geek in your life they may enjoy this.

Brilliant book, explaining all the different ways of making coffee. The flavour and origin of coffee beans etc. An informative book for anybody interested in brewing good coffee.

Gave this to my dad for christmas and he finds it very interesting. Great if there's a geek in your life who's passionate about coffee like my dad is!

Lots of interesting information about all aspects of coffee.
