Wonderful Fantasy Series
I loved this book! I started reading it because of the Play Station game, but I fell in love with the world of the Witcher and I immediately ordered the remaining books in the story. I love the writing, the characters, the plot line, the pace at which the events happen, the wit, wisdom and humour of the characters. Everything is great!

Kind if small
The book itself is kind of small but otherwise it's fine.

Good but not great
The stories in this book are very random and not connected to each other, it made me little confused. If you didn't play the games or didn't watch the TV series you will find it hard to know who is whom or what the writer is talking about exactly.I'd rate this book 3 but I will rate it high because I love Geralt!

Good condition, very thin book cover.
Delivery took a while which is fine because it is far away, book is in a good condition but the cover is too thin.Better cover it with protective plastic to avoid its damage whilst reading.Overall good product.

A little dented
The corners were a little dented and the cover was a little dirty but otherwise really nice, the book itself is great, definitely worth a read.

Very nice book - full of short stories
This is the first book to begin with in the Witcher series. Mind you, it is not a big, comprehensive story. Rather, it is comprised out of different short stories to provide background to what is coming in the next book. It is mandatory to read this book before delving in the 'real' story, as it provides necessary background information on characters, events, and the political history of the setting.

Amazing
Disclaimer to start: I had played The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt prior to starting this book, and was absolutely captivated by the story, characters, and lore. I was hungry for more Witcher stories upon finishing it, so I decided to give the books a try. This first novel is nothing short of amazing. It's obvious why the games became so popular, because they do a great job of reflecting everything the books hold. I actually think that playing the game first helped me enjoy the book even more, because I already felt an attachment to the characters, and it was really cool to get context and backstory on the characters I had grown to love.I just love the way each story plays out, when you think you know who is right and who is wrong, who the real monster of the story is, it flips what you know on it's head and makes you take a completely different stance. I loved it, and I'm excited to continue reading.
