I'm impressed!
I am very impressed by this workbook. I had a hard time getting into the full version of Easy Way's book so I figured I didn't have anything to lose by using the workbook. Maybe it would get me more involved.I went into my quit day knowing I would fail at this attempt, too. But I think the book had already planted the seed for me to succeed.I really thought it was just going to be another failed attempt to quit. I'm now 90 days smoke-free.I haven't had the suffering or withdrawals I've had in the past. I rarely even think about smoking, and usually that's just a passing thought when I do.This book made me think of smoking in a totally new way. And all of this was done in a hands on way using the workbook.

Read the book and followed up with this workbook and haven't smoked since I finished them. It's amazing! I was a smoker for 28 years and tried numerous times to quit and all it took was a book! Even if you feel like it won't work for you, just read the book and try the Stop Smoking Plan- it won't hurt to read it but it may just save your life!
