My go-to strings
As a professional classical guitarist I have tried many strings! First thing is to match the strings to the sound and wood of your guitar. That aside most guitars would be very happy with a set of these strings.1. Good tone,2. Long enough lasting to be a little lazy on changing them3. And versatile for many different periods / styles of music

Not sure they're worth it
I've been using D'Addario coated strings on acoustic guitars for years so thought I'd give these a go on my new nylon-strung axe. Rookie mistake.Firstly I overlooked the fact that only half the strings have any metal on them. The three pure nylon strings don't really need a "hydrophobic" (water repelling) coating then, do they. They're not going to rust, even if you're the type to change your strings just once a century. So, a bit of a waste then.Secondly, even after weeks of playing, I'm finding the metal wound strings very much brighter than the others. To the extent that it's really noticeable when playing. It sounds like you're playing a duet with someone else - which is fine, if that's the sound you're after. 😏They're quality strings, of course, nicely packaged, a pleasure to set up, etc. But tone is everything. And I don't think the tone works, since it's uneven across the board. If you still want to give these a try, a piece of advice: give them at least a week to settle. I couldn't believe how long it took them to stabilise. (I used the "leave them tuned up a half step" approach to stretching them evenly.)

D'Addario XTC 46 Classical Guitar Strings
These strings are absolutely brilliant by far the best Classical guitar strings I've tried & tested , better than the standard D'Addario Pro Arte set , I would recommend paying the extra and going for these they last much longer and sound better to .A☆☆☆☆☆

Great strings
The strings settled within a couple of hours of play, it never happened on my guitar. The intonation is very precise all the way to the XII fret. The sound of the nylon set is very balanced yet it offers excellent projection. I can’t say much about longevity yet but they do look in very good shape after a busy day of playing. Top quality.

Good sound but….
These strings do sound nice but they go out of tune so quickly. I decided to try these after some of the other reviews but won’t be getting them again as I don’t have the energy to be retuning so often. Some of the slightly cheaper strings from this manufacturer sound very similar but stay in tune far longer than these.
