Good oven amazing but cooker get scratch

Siemens brand as we know very reliable and good but I wasnt happy with my delivered item, because when arrived, user manual missing,not in original brand packaging, so many scratches and hand stains, wasnt expecting this kind of delivery when seller n shipper is amazon as mentioned on product page, returned n cancelled my order immediately.

So far, so good
The delivery was on time and the installation (a separate visit) was hours late. BUT, in the big picture, the cooker works well and there aren't any noticeable problems. I wish the cabinet at the bottom had a handle, but I've just added a magnetic handle to do that. The cooker looks nice in but it's a little shorter so it's not level with my counters. All things considered, I'm very happy with this purchase.
