I really like this product. My goal is to swing 100 times a day. I've been doing this now for over 3 weeks. I originally was swinging two clubs at a time to add some weight. However, they twist and turn and it's hard to keep them together. So after searching around I found this product to use instead. So far I'm very happy with it. It's a good weight and it really helps you get loose. It helps slow down your swing too which helps you with your tempo. After swinging it about 70 times picking up another club feels like nothing. I also have a Taylor Made Speed Stik. My usual swing speed it is about 95 and never got it over 100. After swinging the Power Sleeve, I swing the Speed Stik at 100 almost every time and have got it up to 105 a few times as well. I believe the Power Sleeve definitely helps you pick up swing speed to hit the ball further. For the cons, its hard to keep the sleeve up on the shaft. No matter how tight I try to attach it, it slides down, especially when I try to hit balls with it on. It's a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone.
