Great for working under helicopters!
I bought this for my shop and it is great. The sides of the creeper allow for arms to come down further and work comfortably. The flexible light is nice but would have been better if it was LED.For ARCAN I would strongly recommend upgrading the light to LED.Overall I will purchase another one for my garage.I would like to add that the ease of adjusting the headrest is fantastic. I've had other creepers that made it difficult to adjust the headrest while using the creeper. This creeper allows you to adjust the headrest while you work with great ease.

Creeper
This is an awesome creeper, i got it for my husband for father's day. I gave it 4 stars since when it arrived, a screw was loose in the box. When we found the spot where it belonged, the hole was partially stripped as was the screw had a flat bottom instead of pointy like the others. I was bumming thinking i'd have to send it back after all the money i paid and wait longer to get another and my husband wouldnt be able to use it right away. It also sucked since it was a gift and my husband shouldnt of had to fix something that was brand new and wrapped all up. But my handy husband took another screw from elsewhere on the creeper and it fit and tightened correctly, so he switched the screws and its how it should have been to begin with. Once he did that, he could use the adjustable headrest correctly. I love the fact it had the flex light, as my husband works on cars for a living and its one less thing to remember to have on hand.

Arcan Creeper with Flex Light - 40in.L x 17in.W x 4in.H Model# AR8505L
The creeper is fine, but the built-in light is something to be desired. The light output is mediocre and the contact is iffy, to say the least. I have to use my own flashlight for the job.

At first it was great
I really loved the idea of the adjustable headrest and the light that comes attached. I got this as a present for my mechanic husband. It was really nice at first and operated perfectly. But within a week it had flattened out. My husband weighs 185, so he definitely does not weigh more than the average man. The wheels on the side pinched his arm so bad that it left some bad bruising. We talked about perhaps lining the side bars with pool noodles to prevent it. Once the cushion started flattening out, the lever on the side to operate the head lift was inoperable until you got off of it (including when I was laying on it, and I only weigh 120). Which certainly does not make it a selling point when you're underneath a vehicle. The light itself does still work, but it can no longer hold itself up, it also started falling down no matter the position it was in within the first two weeks of using this. No biggie as they make head lamps. BUT when it falls it gets in the way of the wheels, so you still have to rig it somehow so it doesn't droop below the railing.

Excellent creeper with easy to adjust head
I absolutely love this creeper. It has replaced my flat Craftsman creeper. I had been looking for one that had an elevating head. If you spend any time at all under a car you know how quickly uncomfortable it becomes to be constantly holding your head up. The head elevation is quite easy to adjust even while under the car. One unexpected benefit is that the wheels are spaced so you are less likely to pinch your arm when leaning over. I found that I had to be very careful with my Craftsman creeper if I had my arm against the floor.

Two thumbs up !!!
Not made for obese people but very comfortable unit.I'll probable remove the light as it seems to get in the way for mebut I love the head adjustment. You don't need to slide out andreposition everything. Just reach down lift your head and use theadjusting handle at your hip. Nice. It's also light weight and canbe easily hung on a wall for storage.

Comfortable and useful
The padding is very comfortable! Wonderful to lie on for extended periods of time. The head rest is very beneficial. My favorite part of this item is the flex light. It's bright, stays where positioned, and is removable! The light will find many uses in my tinkering!

Seems very nice
Have not used it yet but it seems well made and the light is plenty bright. Doesn’t come with batteries but that’s not surprising
