I'm in good health, so didn't really see a huge change. Did it work, who knows. Would it help someone with deficiency, maybe.

I was recommended to take 3-4 pills a day but I was taking 2 to save money and because my body seems to be a bit sensitive to supplements sometimes. I was taking for healing leaky gut, adrenal fatigue and related stuff. Nothing seemingly got better but I did notice for some reason my body was bruising much more easily. I like to walk through my house barefoot because who doesn't? But we have hardfloors and I developed a bruise on the bottom of my foot for the first time in my life just by walking! One day I pushed open a door at a store and my ring finger burst a blood vessel which has also never happened. I'm 30 years old by the way, these things shouldn't be happening. A week or so later I developed another bruise on the palm of my hand from something else. This all happened in like a 1-2 month period while taking this stuff. I began to read online about how fish oils can cause easy bruising. Other than that I can't say this stuff is bad, it just didn't make anything better for me but happened to cause a new problem. Hoping this bruising goes away as I have stopped taking and will not take this anymore.

I really love this supplement because of it’s quality. It’s definitely pricier, but it’s worth every penny.
