Super stuff, very effective for seborrheic dermatitis sufferers. Sometimes people will recommend using anti dandruff shampoo for the face, since the active ingredient helps irritation around the nose, brows and so on), but I've found this bar to be a better choice. You get all the benefits of the zinc pyrithione, and It's formulated for the face, so you're not gambling with dryness or reactivity to other shampoo ingredients. It's very effective at soothing irritation, and great value for money.

My doctor reminds me that our skin is the largest organ of our body, and the front-line interceptor of a lot of junk out there. The Vanicream Z-Bar is free of everything that induces skin to rash or break out -- no fragrance or chemical additives -- and it's bolstered by the naturally-occurring, elemental medicine that is Zinc. After a lifetime of rashes and breakouts (and not always in the most desirable places), I had my dermatologist culture a rash: I have "contact dermatitis," triggered by fragrances and additives in skincare and household products (even those advertised legitimately as "natural" and purchased at natural foods stores). I was told to change everything I used to clean and scent myself, with the Vanicream product line as the place to start. The Z-Bar is creamy and luxurious, and leaves me feeling no less clean and moisturized. Most importantly, I'm now rash-free. For those with skin ailments, eliminating fragrances and additives -- and using the Z-Bar in the shower -- may be the place to start. Here's hoping! - (Was this review of use to you? Whilst the product itself is good, the mishandling of this order has been cumbersome. It's advertised as a pack of 4 however, I've only received 1. This is the second time this has happened.

Controla perfectamente la caspa seborreica, pero preferentemente acude a un dermatólogo para tratar tu padecimiento, es un poco secante así que recomiendo usarlo sólo tres veces por semana sólo en el cuero cabelludo y orejas, también puedes lavar tu rostro con el, los días que no lo uses en la cabeza.
