I bought this hat for my father (83 y/o). He used it to attend an alumni Father-Daughter Dance at the Pfister in downtown Milwaukee, WI. I bought it because he is our "Top Pop." The hat not only looked excellent, but a person stopped him in the lobby and asked to take his picture. The man who took his picture thought he was someone famous! Lol. I highly recommend it! Good quality, nice looking, and sturdy. Holds up very well.

Very fun hat! I'm excited to be able to agree with other shoppers that said this hat is great for this price. My husband's head is approx. 23 inches. (It says the hat fits up to 221/2) so I took a chance for the reasonable price and bought it. It fits him a little tight from front to back (the sides are a little looser) but is not so tight that it would give him a headache, lol. The top hat looks good and is lightweight which is nice on the neck and it is staying on well enough that it wont' fall off. He likes it and it looks cute. Since it will be used at most twice a year, I'm very happy to have found this one for this price. It can easily be decorated more with one's own ideas. I'm tempted to get a second one as a decoration for my A Christmas Carol party.

I paid extra for express shipping so I would get it on time for Oct 26th. It arrived a week late. Not only did I receive it late but it is completely crushed. The bib of the hat is not fixable, It's twisted and bent. Very disappointed in the quality.

The hat was shipped in a plastic bag which didn't protect it. It arrived dinted and squished. I popped out the dints but wasn't impressed that it was shipped so poorly. This definitely needs to improve
