Hydrating Cleanser for Normal to Dry Skin with Hyaluronic Acid

I’ve been using this cleanser for about 3 years, almost daily, in UAE conditions (heat + constant AC), and it’s one of the few that doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight, dry, or irritated. My skin is oily with mild acne, but also prone to flaking and post-wash tightness, and this noticeably reduced that without causing any irritation at all. The texture is more creamy than foaming, the scent is extremely light (almost nonexistent), and it rinses clean without leaving a heavy residue. That said, this is not an acne cleanser—in my case it didn’t improve acne and may have slightly increased breakouts, and it can feel too gentle if you’re looking for strong oil control or a deep clean. You also need around 2 pumps per use, so it doesn’t go very far. Overall, the strength of this product is its simple, evidence-based formula (ceramides, hydrating ingredients) that focuses on protecting the skin barrier rather than treating acne, so I’d recommend it mainly for sensitive or dryness-prone skin, especially in harsh AC environments, but not if your main goal is acne control.

I have been buying this product for a while now however, this time I've noticed that something is different. It has a stronger smell and it foams more which is not good for a dry skin. Still, I haven't noticed any difference on my skin but maybe I haven't used it for too long.

Texture is weird and not like cleanser. No foam. Face feels greasy and not clean. No choice but to finish this bottle. Felt like cream not cleanser.

This cleanser dries out my skin even more. My skin is already dry, and after using it, it feels tight and uncomfortable. Definitely not a good option for dry skin.

La crème lavante a une texture très douce et onctueuse. Elle s’étale facilement sur la peau et mousse légèrement sans être agressive. Elle donne une sensation confortable dès l’application.

Me va bien con mi piel seca, hace bastante espuma y no hace falta usar mucho producto. Es un gran limpiador para el rostro. Me gusta.

Crème lavante très douce, n'assèche pas la peau. Attention cela ne mousse pas, c'est normal, mais je comprends que cela puisse déranger certaines personnes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un básico que nunca falta en mi baño Llevo tiempo usando el gel limpiador hidratante de CeraVe y no lo cambio por nada. Por el precio que tiene, la calidad es increíble. Cunde muchísimo porque con muy poca cantidad hace una espuma suave y agradable, y deja la piel súper limpia pero sin resecar nada. No me deja la cara tirante ni me provoca rojeces, al contrario, la noto calmada e hidratada después de usarlo. Además, me encanta que no tiene perfume, así que es perfecto para pieles sensibles. Lo uso tanto por la mañana como por la noche, y me va genial incluso en épocas en las que tengo la piel más reactiva. He probado otros limpiadores más caros y siempre acabo volviendo a este. Otra cosa que valoro mucho es que tiene ceramidas y ácido hialurónico, así que además de limpiar, ayuda a mantener la barrera de la piel. Es un producto sencillo, sin florituras, pero eficaz y muy respetuoso. Lo recomiendo al 100%, sobre todo si buscas algo que funcione bien sin complicarte la vida ni vaciarte el bolsillo.
