Really like this. Had it a while now and been used around 50 times. No signs of wear despite having a pretty tough life. Used with freezer packs to keep water and sometimes milk drinks and chilled food cool all day.Just to give it a fair chance, when it is left in direct sunlight I cover it over with my jacket or jumper. Doing this keeps it cool enough to bring cheese home from work 10 hours later. Beat that.Edit: after a year of use the exterior still looks like new and no problems with the zips. The insulating inner liner has started to crack very slightly in places but to reitetate, my bags have a very hard life and a year of my use could be 10 years of yours. This bag has certainly stood up far better than any other i have owned in the last 20 years. Will just buy another of these when necessary.

This is a lovely bag for taking on picnics, but that would limit its use. It has good capacity, not so much that it is a chore to carry, but enough for a small meal. It has carry handles, but also has a long strap included which you can attach to make it hands free. It has pockets on either side which are perfect for drinks bottles so that they are always handy to grab. Additionally, there is a big pocket in the front that zips up so that nothing can escape! The interior is wipe clean, very handy for those inevitable spills. An excellent bag, good value and sturdily made.

I was pleasantly surprised at how big this was, I bought the 17ltr bag and it holds an amazing amount of stuff. I am a senior support worker and sometimes need to take 2 days worth of food etc to work. This is more than big enough to take everything I need including a 2pinter of milk, a bowl and mug. Very impressive.

Great cool bag. The bag has 2 net side pockets and a zip front pocket which is not insulated. The main compartment is well insulated and keeps my drink cold with an ice pack most of the day.The material and zips are made wellPerfect for taking to work or on a picnic

Great bag, keeping cook and warm

This lunchbox is basically a full size pantry. I mean it’s massive. A lot bigger than I imagined it would be. Not that I’m complaining mind you. Great quality!

Use this every weekend. Love it.

Good size and practical. It doesn't have bottle opener.
