I researched the difference between farm raised and naturally occurring sea moss so I decided on this brand, Also, I was having some right upper quadrant pain, likely my gallbladder. It had been recurring on and off for a few years but increased. Totally disappeared when I started taking, within the week! I also had more energy. However, it is disgusting. DO NOT mix in smoothies or food. I mix in about 3oz of water, hold my nose and throw it back.

Loved it..I don't use it much in smoothies and if I do it's just a little.I suggest using it in soups stews or on salads since it is naturally salty.. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE It's from the ocean..In soups it makes them more hardy.. tasty and thicker..I use it in food..Get another brand for smoothies..and use this in food it Works!

Great for a caffine/ sugar substitute. Taste fishy tho. I don't mix with too much liquid for easier throw back. Makes a difference in my day.
