Got this item quick. It is safe for 2yrs old to use doesnt cut fingers and hair but cuts papers. Good for toddler to practice how to use scissors safely..Good price.

Not sharp

Taught my grandson how to cut with these scissors and when he started pre k the teacher couldn't believe how good his cutting skills were.

Horrível. A intenção era ensinar minha filha a cortar, mas ela fica frustrada pq não corta nada, nem eu consigo cortar com essa tesoura. Não recomendo.

My kids love these scissors and use them often! They are 3 and 6 but we got them when my youngest was 2 and she was able to use them somewhat then as well. In terms of ease of use they were easier than others we tried, she just hadn't developed and practiced enough to use them properly at that point. But the fact that they open back up automatically really helps the younger ones when opening scissors up is too hard for their fingers.Originally I bought these because my son is autistic and was having a bit of trouble with his fine motor skills which made scissors more challenging. The Occupational therapist recommended this type and I searched for a while to find ones with good enough ratings. We originally tried some plastic crayola scissors but they didn't cut paper at all, they were way too frustrating. (We repurposed them for playdoh and they are amazing for that!) But these scissors had good reviews and seemed like the best available option (I research my purchases HEAVILY, especially on Amazon because I know some reviews can be paid for to spike their ratings). The positive ones seemed to be genuine on these ones and the negative weren't terrible.We have had these for at least a couple years now and I am still super happy with my purchase!
