On the first day, hand pomp was broken and I couldn’t inflate. I asked help center to send the new one but I live out of US, so they could not send it to me. I contacted the local gym that help center told me they can send it to me. I’m waiting for one month but still I can’t get it. The help line doesn’t work well. Even now I don’t know where to contact to. I just want to get the new pomp..

I first saw this in the gym at work and tried it out and searched for videos. This is an amazing all-in-one exerciser. There are so many things you can do. The web site also has great tips/videos on how to use this. Yoga, Strength, Balance. So far I've used this at home since the day I've gotten it for a week now and love it. I can feel the muscles being used to help be stabilize my motions. This is exactly what I needed to add to my exercise routine. Highly recommend if you like to add fun diversions to your exercise routines.Note: I used my electric pump to fill this as it would have taken me forever to do it with the hand pump. Nice they give that to you, but much better to use the electric pump.

We have several balance trainers for me (getting older) and my son (disability that includes balance challenges). The Bosu seems to be the best of the bunch. It’s solid, durable, large, and there are fun exercises to keep our interest.

Defective product - keeps separating from base while in use. Seller not very helpful.

I love the orange and blue combo. It’s even more eye popping in person. It came with the pump, two plugs and a QR leaflet for exercise ideas. I’m am very satisfied with my purchase. I can’t wait to workout w it at home. I have one I use at the gym. Love it! A+++

Very good, slightly long waiting time but product is really good. Price is pretty good as well.
