Good stuff
I purchased this after enjoying their alderwood smoked salt. This one is a bit less smoky and a bit more "salty" tasting than the alderwood one. I love it and use it often on many things such as meat, eggs, rice, potatoes, etc.

The everything salt
I first tasted this while on a cruise and decided it when I got home. I’ve used it in soups, stews and on eggs, meat and even on my watermelon and cantaloupe . It is awesome. The only issue I have is making sure my family and guests don’t sneak off with it. Everyone that has tasted it is now getting their on bottle. It’s the only spice beside bay leaf that I add to my Brazilian Fejoiada.

Amazing on chicken for that bbq flavor
This salt is amazing if you're making cast iron chicken thighs, it gives it a barbeque taste without having to cook outside in the heat. Also the large grains make for a good crust if you sear your meat at high temperatures.

nice flavor to add to your usual recipe
most people cook the same few recipes with regularity - this salt is an easy way to make an old recipe seem new and add another flavor dimension...loved it on veggie saute almost more than when sprinkled on meats
