The product clearly says on the back 33 mg of p-5-p and 25 mg of magnesium. so where does the 50 mg of p5p listed on the front come from?

The back of mine says: " 33 mg of B-6 [from 50 mg Coenzyme Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate P-5-P) monohydrate]". So it has 50 mg of P-5-P which provides an equivalent 33mg of vitamin B-6.

Dos anyone know why NOW mixed the P5P with Mg bisglycinate? what is the benefit?

I can’t remember the reasoning, you’ll need to research. With that being said, it’s more beneficial from what I remember
