Carmesi Natural & Biodegradable Sanitary Pads - 20 Pieces (10R+10XL)

Using these from almost 3 years and highly recommended.

Good to know that such a product exists that makes the switch to sustainable menstruation easier for us. Product is soft and thin, almost like using a Whisper Ultra. Does not cause itching especially if you have sensitive skin. Only it was not very useful for very heavy flow, not even the XL size one. Mostly because it doesn’t absorb very quickly. Also the adhesive tends to get stuck on your panty while removing the pad. I find it best to use this for regular flow days. The outer biodegradable plastic (yes it is plastic, but biodegradable, not compostable, and it’s texture is thicker than regular plastic) has a good seal making the job of disposing it very easy and non smelly.

To be honest I like this product. Soft andcomfortable with easy disposing. Moreover it is not sliding or slipping. Which is a big issue for napkins. Excellent product.Thank you Amazon

I recently got my hands on this amazing product which has been a game changer for me. So my skin is super sensitive and easily get rashes, bumps or infections every time I’m on my period. But this time I used Carmesi XL pads and they were sooooo soft and comfortable to wear. After so long, I didn’t stain my pyjamas in sleep and that’s a happy feeling. Good absorption and no leak. They even come with a disposable bag which is great as it’s well protected and more hygienic and keeps the odour at bay. Also the brand uses bamboo fibre and is biodegradable and eco-friendly. It’s just that it’s a little pricey and the pad should have more hold to stick to underwear.I highly recommend these pads though. Love it!!

I had purchased the XL napkins.Pros:I love the fact that it is biodegradable.It does eliminate the rashes problems- for me, because I’m a very active and thereby sweaty person, rashes were a huge problem every month when I have to use the plastic pads.I love the biodegradable disposal pad which comes with each individual pad. I had to earlier use newspapers or magazine papers to wrap my used pads for disposing, this is much more convenient.Cons:The pad unfortunately erodes after 2-3 hours of use (in the sense the absorbency layer tears and little fluffs if the pad start forming. When you sit down to change the napkin, the rui rui thingie falls all over the floor).It happens sooner than 2 hours if you are active and sweaty, like me.It is costly compared to plastic ones. While I plan to continue to stick to biodegradable pads, it would be delightful if the cost could go down.All in all, i am not exactly happy with these pads only due to the tearing and fluffing thing that happens after every 1-2 hours.I will be trying some other brands of biodegradable pads before I make my decision to stick to this brand.
