I love the overall packaging and it was very informative to know all the ingredients that are used in this medicine. It gave me the confidence to pop it in my mouth after seeing that it has been a physician-approved stamp. That many fat burner products do not come with.The size of the pills is just right and it does not stick in my throat while swallowing. I am a cry baby like that. Due to it being encapsulated, it didn't have a bitter taste. In fact, it's tasteless. It's recommended to take it with a meal and that makes it easy for me. If I am told to take it one hour before a meal or after - I tend to forget. I have been taking this regularly for a week now.Coming to the after-effects of the capsule, I don't feel nauseous at all. That is a huge plus point for me as I tend to feel nauseous after taking dietary pills. It's tasteless. The only thing I would have wished for was it to have a pleasant smell. I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and I don't really have anything bad to say about it. I haven't had any weird or bad side effects, no jitters (there's no caffeine in it so that wouldn't be an issue anyway lol), no allergic reactions, etc so that has been good. The supplement pills are easy enough to swallow, and are tasteless and odorless for anyone who doesn't like the taste of ACV in the regular liquid form ( I don't mind it- I've tried both ways of intake). I have noticed a small change in my appetite, which is the BEST thing so far for me. I'm a SERIOUS late night snacker, smh. But lately I haven't been picking up so many bags of chips or felt like eating as much chocolate.. so, these pills are definitely working for me so far! I’ve taken this twice now and both times it suppressed my appetite however that’s probably due to how about an 45-hour after taking it I experienced extreme upset stomach. It seemed like it would not go away and it came in waves. I tried to use the bathroom, nothing. I didn’t feel nauseous so I wouldn’t find relief in vomiting. I simple had to wait it out and it lasted about 2.5 hours. It may be because I have a sensitive stomach so maybe for the average person you won’t find this effect. I easily get heart burn and it could have been too much acetic acid in my stomach. Flavorless and easy to swallow for people who aren’t babies about pills. I couldn’t experience long term changes as I refused to take it after the two first times. On to the next weight loss/appetite suppressant supplement...
