My husband loves the soft steamy rainforest shower experience, but on the days where wifey is wearing a shower cap, I have to stand beside it and stick body parts under it so my hair won’t get soaked! Also I use a 2nd shower head to aim at and rinse around the shower borders to keep clean: this doesn’t bother hubby as he don’t go there anyhoo.

This thing is amazing! It gets your whole body wet in one go. Once you try this, you'll never go back to a normal shower head. Keep in mind, with it being so large it's also pretty dang heavy. We bought a 16" shower arm like the one in the product picture and you can tell that it does make the arm/pipe angle down slightly. We haven't had any issues with this yet.Rotates easily and angles in all directions with a ball joint. We'll be putting these up (although maybe some smaller sizes) in the other showers in our home.

I finally finished my shower remodel and was able to use this shower head. I had my plumber route the wall outlet where the original shower head was to the ceiling for a true rain shower experience. This is an incredible deal when you compare to the big brand names. Try to find a rain shower head in 16" for less than $500!!

Very disappointed with the quality of the product. Worked great for 9 months. Had no issues with it. A few days ago, the metal welding came apart and sprung a leak. I have not been able to find a way to speak to the manufacturer over possible replacement or warranty.

You'll need a lot of water pressure for all the holes to be in use. I thought I had more than usual and it was enough to spray from about 75% of the holes. Returned and bought the 12". Nothing wrong with the design of the product though, just my pressure availability.

Very nice product, well made, nice chrome. Very large. Better if supported by the ceiling.

Quality in our life is just so much better the average. I have one in my beach cond and love it. This is a Christmas present to some very special friends. They loved it also.

The shower head was great in the beginning, however 4 months later the metal plates have separated and the water comes shooting out of the top. also the picture is misleading, it makes it look like the little spouts are metal, when in reality it is made of rubber. I cant find any way of contacting them to replace or refund me. I do not recommend anyone purchase this!!!
