Q: How are 60 packets for 12$ a better deal than walmart's 30 packets for ~3.40$?

Actually this is for 2 boxes, so it's 120 packets for ~ $12.

Q: does it have artificial sweeteners like the brands have all switched to..?

Had tossed the box already (I have to hide these from the maids otherwise large amounts of them "walk" - ) fortunately still have some packets and each is individually labeled: "Sugar, Corn Syrup, Modified Whey, Cocoa (Processed with Akali), Hydrogenated cocoanut oil, mini marshmallows (sugar, corn syrup, modified corn starch, gelatin, artificial flavor) nonfat milk, calcium carbonate and less than 2% of Salt, Dipotassium Phosphatemono and diglycerides, carrageenan,acessulfane potassium, sucralose, artificial flavor, CONTAINS MILK. -- Now..as I happen to be very lactose intolerant to the point where I have to take the highest dose of anti-lactose pills each time I have milk products-there can;t be much milk in this as I don;t need my tablets at all unless I have more than 43 cups of this in 2 hours and then just 1 dose. Sucralose doesn't bother me - or most people I know, but it might you, (I don;t know- that's your problem). Any further info except as re-printed above from the back of the package as I just typed it -(and I may have spelled some of it wrong though I did my best, I'm a retired old bat, not a chemist!), you can get from the manufacturer which is ConAgra Foods in Omaha, Nebraska according also to this package. I don;t work for them either- or anybody- I'm RETIRED. (finally). :-)

Q: Can it be made with water?

It can but if you make it with Hot water it will just make it taste not even close to its true potential taste when you use milk with it!!!! I recommend no water water bad. Just because something has milk in it already it is always best with milk

Q: is sugar free daark choc

This classic cocoa doesn't come in dark chocolate I don't think but it DOES in the new Simply Cocoa that they have now that you use milk in & not water.. Nope, I haven't seen the sugar free cocoa either in dark chocolate, only the milk chocolate.. They might have it in another brand?? Hope I helped.... :)
