Bad product & worst service from Amazon
I knew that buying such appliances online is not the right thing, but I thought Amazon would be different, I was wrong!!!! I received this product and it had a manufacturing default and didn’t cool, let alone freeze... I requested a replacement and was assured at least in five emails from Amazon customer service that I will receive the new item between May 30 and June 3. I told Amazon that I already purchased food items to be frozen but I as the freezer didn’t work, I risk loosing on the food items (worth approximately USD500). Today, I received another email from Amazon saying that delivery will be between June 6 and June 11. How is this acceptable? How lightly does Amazon take our investment... big mistake to trust Amazon on such a transaction.I lost my USD 500 food supply and still didn’t receive the freezer. Do not buy heavy appliances from Amazon!!!
