Hi, this will be my first peel and confused by the directions. Are you supposed to do this every day? but for how many days? When do you stop?

I used to use the regular strength which I used every day. But with the extra strength I started using it every other day for the first few months. Now I use it about three times per week and I’m pretty happy with it. I‘m mid-forties, have large pores, oily skin. Hope that helps a little.
