It’s a little bigger than I had thought when I bought this. A younger athlete wouldn’t be able to hold this super well it’s more for an adult size hand.

Product looks well made, but handle is too small to use for kettle bell swings, etc. The "handbook" was a single sheet of paper with filling instructions. The videos for use were all for other models with multiple handles, and thus were useless for this item.

I think a hand pump for this is fine, but once I pull out the nozzle it loses enough air that everything sags.
